We're talking about your home. Why take any chances?
This is one of the biggest investments you will make for you and your family. A home inspection can reveal some unexpected and surprising results. Maintenance, construction and safety issues are just a few items that are all part of the home inspection process. I encourage you to participate in the home inspection as we go through the structure, electrical, heating and air conditioning, plumbing and appliance systems. You're able to ask questions about the different systems that make up your home and get a better idea on how to maintain them. You need a home inspector who is looking out for you, call Home Check Inspection to schedule your inspection today.
These are just a few of the problems I find as a home inspector.
Do you know what you're looking at? Do you know what to look for in a home inspection? I highly encourage YOU ATTEND the home inspection. As I go through the components of your home and review the condition of them, we’ll discuss what is found and why it could be a problem. The inspection report will have pictures and a written description of the problem(s) found and is usually emailed to you that day or early the next morning; my goal is to get the report to you within 24 hours. The home inspection and the report, will assist you with the information you need to help make an informed decision on buying the home.
